Surah Ash-Shu'araa, Verse 64

And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.

Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Meali: Ve o zaman meleklere: "Âdem'e secde edin!" dedik, hemen secde ettiler. Yalnız İblis dayattı, kibrine yediremedi, inkârcılardan oldu.

Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - upon them will be the curse of Allah and of the angels and the people, all together,

Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Meali: Ama âyetlerimizi inkar etmiş ve kâfir olarak can vermiş olanlara gelince, işte Allah'ın laneti, meleklerin laneti ve insanların laneti hep onların üzerine olsun.

To each [category] We extend - to these and to those - from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted.

Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Meali: Hepsine; (dünyayı isteyenlere de, ahireti isteyenlere de) Rabbinin ihsanından veririz. Rabbinin ihsanı kısıtlanmış değildir.

And We have certainly diversified for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind] of example, but most of the people refused [anything] except disbelief.

Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Meali: Yemin olsun ki biz bu Kur'ân'da insanlar için çeşitli misaller vermişizdir. Yine de insanların çoğu inkârlarında ısrar ederler.
