Surah Al-Hashr, Verse 15

كَمَثَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قَرِيبًۭا ۖ ذَاقُوا۟ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ

Translation — Sahih International

[Theirs is] like the example of those shortly before them: they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.

While he fears [Allah],

Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Meali: Allah'tan korkarak gelmişken,

No! Indeed, these verses are a reminder;

Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Meali: Hayır hayır, sakın. Çünkü o Kur'ân bir öğüttür.

From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him;

Then He causes his death and provides a grave for him.
